From a raft in the Grand Canyon in 1984 to docks, steps and streets around the world, one of Teva's earliest sandals remains an example of comfort and functional style. Finished with eco-friendly Unifi® recycled polyester webbing that resists impact while keeping plastic waste out of landfill.
Quick-drying straps are made with 100% recycled plastic. Teva uses REPREVE® polyester yarn traceable by Unifi®. These sandals made it possible to use four plastic bottles that ended up in a landfill.

ABOUT THE TEVA BRAND
The first sport sandal of the Teva brand appeared in 1984 in an improvised way. It was started by a Grand Canyon river guide. His idea was to simplify the approach to adventure by putting the body in symbiosis with Nature. To do this, he had the revolutionary idea of attaching a Velcro watch strap to a pair of flip-flops, in order to preserve the comfort of the flip-flops, while protecting the foot. Since that day, the Teva brand has developed a wide range of adventure sandals, which today also find their way onto the catwalks as a fashion and vintage accessory.
