All orders made on this site are subject to the general conditions of sale.
MARC SICH & CO reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time, the version of the general conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being that appearing online on the site www.steelcyclewear.com at the time of the ordered. The site is the property of the company MARC SICH & CO SAS in its entirety, as well as all the rights relating thereto.
Any full or partial reproduction is subject to the authorization of MARC SICH & CO.
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the company MARC SICH & CO and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the commercial site www.steelcyclewear.com
These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by MARC SICH & CO.
I. THE CUSTOMER
The customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the site. The customer acknowledges having read at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. When registering the customer's personal data in the "my account" section, the latter must ensure the accuracy of the mandatory data that he provides. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, MARC SICH & CO cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. MARC SICH & CO reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is domiciled in a different country from the billing and/or delivery address.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The MARC SICH & CO Company takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the Customer's information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the Site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any case, in the event of non-compliance of the product delivered with its description on the Site, the Customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal or implement the conformity guarantee of the MARC SICH & CO Company. who will, if necessary, either exchange or refund the price (in whole or in part) possibly invoiced.
III. THE ORDERS
Order taking on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by the MARC SICH & CO Company, embodied in a succession of different steps that the customer must imperatively follow to validate his order. The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.
The MARC SICH & CO Company will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or an incident relating to the payment of a previous order or which contravenes the provisions hereof.
In this case, the MARC SICH & CO Company will inform the Customer by e-mail. If the customer fails to proceed with the Company MARC SICH & CO to correct erroneous or contrary elements to these general conditions of sale, the Company MARC SICH & CO reserves the right not to process the order.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by MARC SICH & CO. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of e-mail for confirmation by MARC SICH & CO of the content of his order. In any event, invoices are issued upon delivery.
IV. PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in shipping costs. The total price of the order (all taxes and shipping costs included) is indicated in the basket.
The MARC SICH & CO Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the order, subject to availability.
The prices charged on the www.steelcyclewear.com site are specific to MARC SICH & CO.
The products are payable in cash on the day of the actual order. Payment for purchases is made either by:
- Bank card
The Client accesses a dedicated space made available by a banking establishment, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. In this respect, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number to the MARC SICH & CO Company constitutes authorization to debit his account up to the amount of the products ordered.
The data recorded and kept by the MARC SICH & CO Company constitutes proof of the order and of all past transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the customer or of any other natural person of his choice domiciled in metropolitan France. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.
In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes , names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. The MARC SICH & CO Company cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being its fault.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the MARC SICH & CO Company, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product.
VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The individual Customer has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise without reason, within 15 (fifteen) clear days from the delivery of the order which will be exercised by returning new products at his expense. (in its original packaging, unworn, unworn, unmodified, unwashed, undamaged, without any trace of assembly, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation) accompanied by the order number on the following address:

The MARC SICH & CO Company will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, less any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in the following article VII.
Reimbursements of products in the hypotheses referred to in article II and VI will be made by MARC SICH & CO within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt by it of said products. The refund may be a classic refund or in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of publication.
VIII. APPLICABLE RIGHT
Any order automatically entails the customer's acceptance of the general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction. In the event of difficulty or of complaint on the occasion of an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
IX. COMPUTING AND FREEDOM
The information collected by the MARC SICH & CO Company during a customer order is necessary for the management of the transaction and for this purpose may be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers of the MARC SCH & CO Company involved in the context of the execution of the command. The customer is informed that these same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion of data concerning him.
