I. THE CUSTOMER

V. DELIVERY

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the customer or of any other natural person of his choice domiciled in metropolitan France. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.

VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The individual Customer has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise without reason, within 15 (fifteen) clear days from the delivery of the order which will be exercised by returning new products at his expense. VII. REPAYMENT

Reimbursements of products in the hypotheses referred to in article II and VI will be made by MARC SICH & CO within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt by it of said products. The refund may be a classic refund or in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of publication.

VIII. APPLICABLE RIGHT
