I. THE CLIENT
The customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years of age, and to have the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the website. The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific terms and conditions of sale displayed on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. When registering their personal data in the "My Account" section, the customer must ensure the accuracy of the required information provided. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact information, MARC SICH & CO cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. MARC SICH & CO reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is located in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.
II. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those described on the Website. MARC SICH & CO takes the utmost care in presenting and describing these products to best inform the Customer. However, it is possible that minor errors may appear on the Website, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, if the delivered product does not conform to its description on the Website, the Customer may either exercise their right of withdrawal or invoke the conformity guarantee of MARC SICH & CO, which will, where applicable, either exchange the product or refund the price (in whole or in part) that may have been charged.
III. THE CONTROLS
Placing an order on the Website is subject to compliance with the procedure established by MARC SICH & CO, which consists of a series of steps that the customer must follow to validate their order. Before definitively validating their order, the customer will have the opportunity to review its details and total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express their acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the provisions herein.
MARC SICH & CO will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who contravenes the provisions herein.
In this case, MARC SICH & CO will inform the Customer by email. If the Customer fails to correct any errors or discrepancies with these terms and conditions of sale, MARC SICH & CO reserves the right to refuse to process the order.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by MARC SICH & CO. The customer expressly agrees to the use of email for order confirmation by MARC SICH & CO. In any case, invoices are provided upon delivery.
IV. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Price determination.
Product prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes but excluding shipping costs. The total order price (including all taxes and shipping costs) is shown in the shopping cart.
MARC SICH & CO reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.
The prices charged on the website www.steelcyclewear.com are specific to the company MARC SICH & CO.
Payment methods.
Products are payable in full on the day the order is placed. Payment for purchases can be made either by:

– PayPal
– Stripe
– Alma
The Customer accesses a dedicated space provided by a banking institution, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. In this regard, the Customer expressly acknowledges that providing their bank card number to MARC SICH & CO constitutes authorization to debit their account for the amount of the products ordered.
The data recorded and stored by MARC SICH & CO constitutes proof of the order and all transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of the financial transactions.
V. DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer, which must be the customer's residence or the residence of any other individual of their choosing residing in metropolitan France. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.
In order for these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, floor, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
The indicated delivery times are estimates, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. MARC SICH & CO cannot be held responsible for consequences due to shipping delays that are not its fault.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products…), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the company MARC SICH & CO, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receiving the product.
VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The individual customer has a right of withdrawal, which they may exercise without giving any reason, within 15 (fifteen) clear days from the delivery of the order. This right will be exercised by returning the new products at their own expense (in their original packaging, unworn, unused, unmodified, unwashed, undamaged, without any trace of assembly, accompanied by all accessories, instruction manuals and documentation) along with the order number to the following address:

The company MARC SICH & CO will reimburse the Client for any sums already paid, less any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in Article VII below.
VII. REFUND
Refunds for products under the conditions outlined in Articles II and VI will be processed by MARC SICH & CO within a maximum of 30 days of receiving the returned products. The refund may be issued as a standard refund or as a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
VIII. APPLICABLE LAW
All orders imply the customer's full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of any difficulty or complaint regarding an order, the customer may contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
IX. DATA PROCESSING AND FREEDOM OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
The information collected by MARC SICH & CO during a customer order is necessary for processing the transaction and may therefore be shared, in whole or in part, with MARC SICH & CO's service providers involved in fulfilling the order. The customer is informed that this same personal data may also be collected by an organization responsible for analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978), the customer has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their personal data.
